A perfect 6-day discovery of Egypt in the land of the Pharaohs was specially designed as a wheelchair-friendly vacation with assistance.
Explore the famous sites in Cairo at the Great Pyramids and Egyptian Museums with lunch and local friendly culture. Discover Luxor, home to the Valley of the Kings and many tombs unearthed over the centuries.
The last surviving wonder of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the Pyramids of Giza are one of the world’s most recognizable landmarks. Having awed travelers down through the ages, these tombs of the Pharaohs Cheops (Khufu), Chephren (Khafre), and Mycerinus (Menkaure), guarded by the enigmatic Sphinx, are usually top of most visiting places for tourists attractions to see in Egypt.
From the world-famous Cairo Museum to the newly-renovated National Museum of Egyptian Civilization to the lesser-known but still very interesting Museum of Textiles, there are a bunch of museums worth checking out at least once, whether you’re an Egyptian local or a visitor to Cairo.
Enjoy an excursion in Cairo and visit Old Cairo, the city that pre-dated Cairo with many historic churches and Roman sites.
Famed for the Valley of the Kings, Karnak Temple, and the Memorial Temple of Hatshepsut, the Nile-side town of Luxor in Upper Egypt has a glut of tourist attractions. This is ancient Thebes, the power base of the New Kingdom pharaohs, and home to more sights than most can see on one visit to Egypt. Luxor’s east bank is home to the modern city, with its vibrant souq and the two Temples of Karnak and Luxor.
The city is on the East bank of the Nile River in Egypt. Luxor was the old capital of Egypt, Thebes, on the West bank of the Nile, where most of the tombs and ruins are. Luxor is often called the world’s most excellent open-air museum, but that comes nowhere near describing this extraordinary place. Nothing in the world compares to the scale and grandeur of the monuments surviving ancient Thebes.
